on:12-11 Part (1/2): By analyzing 2002 Congressional hearing on 9/11 attacks with other related events, it appears that invisible personnel have betrayed the US and Directors (FBI & CIA) again.

What is invisibility technology? According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate. Since the invisible personnel & equipment will become tiny, the tiny personnel and weapon are not useful in military combat. Thus, the invisibility technology has been changed to use in surveillance system. In 1950s, this invisibility technology has been transferred to Taiwan. Based on the levitated ability of invisibility technology and wearing a propulsion device on back, every invisible personnel can move as a small flying ant (carried equipment such as weapons & mind machine). Thus, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto people's head to mind control their targets and manipulate people's brain/bodily functions without unaware targets' knowledge. Also, they can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without most victims' knowledge (But so far,. they still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field).

These invisible personnel already secretly cooperate with foreign agents and police to establish an international unlawful life control organization over decades. When pursue their unlawful interests, invisible personnel rather betray their country (see reported case on Part III-A1 of my website).

How can we know that invisibility technology has been used in US? Besides six occurrences in US can prove it (see details on Part II-B6 of my website), there are nineteen circumstantial evidences prove that US involved agents and police (nonlethal weapon users) have used in US (see details on Part II-A1 of my website).

What must declassify invisibility technology? Currently, the invisibility technology is neither used for national security, nor used for crimes control. Currently, the involved nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel (involved police, agents and recruited civilian operatives) mainly use invisibility technology to unlawfully control everyone's

lives, commit murders. mind controlling others to kill, induce illness and other crimes. Why? After using invisibility technology for decades, some law enforcement officers who personally use invisibility technology have become corrupted. Thus, there are two different law enforcement officers in society.

1. The real law enforcement officers: they do not use invisibility technology (including, current Attorney General Ashcroft, the Directors of FBI, CIA, DEA, local Attorney General, prosecutors, some police and agents, etc.). These real law enforcement officers will advance the country's interests based on laws. But some invisible personnel (including agents and police who personally use invisibility technology) also have law enforcement ID. Although some invisible personnel are part of law enforcement, they are not real law enforcement officers. Because they will betray the country's interests to pursue their unlawful interests and life control power (see details from reported case on Part III-A1 of my website)

However, since invisible personnel can induce death on any unaware person and can secretly spy on anyone to collect more intelligence information, the invisible personnel have frequently interfered with these real law enforcement officers' jobs if anything relate with invisible personnel's interests. Some low rank law enforcement officers might have been forced to leave their positions or killed.

Also, some facts prove that invisibility technology has been kept a top secret from real law enforcement officers. Thus, invisibility technology is neither used to counter espionage, nor used to counter terrorism. After invisibility technology has been used over several decades, the situation is getting worse. Because some invisible personnel even have interfered with real law enforcement officers' activities when things are related with their unlawful interests. Here are three occurrences that prove my above statement is true.

First case, Edward Lee Howard, a former CIA Agent Who Defected to Soviet Unions in 1985. According to Cox Washington Bureau 08-18-02 By MARGARET COKER, ' On Sept. 20, 1985, FBI agents interviewed Howard and put him under surveillance. With his wife's help, however, he ditched the tail and fled the country on Sept. 21 on a flight bound for Helsinki. According to Russian sources, however, the 'spy who got away' traveled repeatedly to the United States after his defection without the CIA or FBI's knowledge.':

The above case prove that invisibility technology was not used in the spy case when FBI agents put Edward Howard under surveillance. Otherwise, the tiny invisible personnel would land onto the Howard's head and stay on his head where he would go. Then, Howard's wife certainly could not help her husband to mislead FBI agents then caused Edward Howard to flee to Moscow. Also, the traitor had traveled repeatedly to the US without CIA and FBI's knowledge. The above facts prove that invisibility technology only be used by involved agents and police (invisible personnel) to pursue unlawful life control on Americans. To keep a spy under surveillance and capture spies is obviously not the invisible personnel's concern and business.

Second case, according to New York Time reported the 1993 NY Bombing case on 10-27-1993, it proves that involved agents and police have recruited a secret informer in the terrorists group. A New York City police detective working with FBI, told Mr. Salem, who was getting 500 a week from the government, that if he wanted a $1 million informer's fee, he should press for $1.5 million and then negotiate.' The above facts prove that involved agents and police in this case might use the informer in the terrorists group's crime to pursue money (at least one million US dollar). But the secret informer had disagreed with these involved law enforcement officers'operation and failed to ask one million dollars informer fee from government. Then whole situation changed and bomb become real. It seems that these involved law enforcement officers changed the original plan after failing to pursue million dollars. Thus, they might rather betray the US and Americans civilians in WTC to advance their unlawful interests. Thus, they used these terrorists' crimes (1993 WTC Bombing) to create terror and chaos then pursue more power and interests. Although the involved field agent and police would have used invisibility technology or invisible operatives to track the terrorists' activities and clearly know their plan, they still let the WTC Bombing occurred. So, the bomb damaged the WTC, killing seven people, injuring as many as 700 and setting off a terrorist alert. This is obviously these involved agent and police's//invisible personnel's fault.

If the involved agents and police deny that they can use invisibility technology to secretly spy on terrorists, it is a lie. Because they already used it before. According to 1992 _Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation_by Julienne McKinney, many occurrences prove that involved agents and police have used invisibility technology to harass American civilians (see details on Part IV-A3 of my website). So, if they can not use invisibility technology against terrorists, invisibility technology is not used for national security.

The above facts in 1993 WTC Bombing tell that involved invisible personnel have betrayed the US and Americans because they must knew the exact activities of terrorists but still let the bombing occurred. It means that the involved agents and police (invisible personnel) used terrorists' crimes to create terror and chaos then obtained more power and advanced non-lethal weapons for the reason of anti-terrorists in 1994. After they obtained military non- lethal weapon to increase their unlawful life control ability, these involved agents, police (invisible personnel) only use the military non-lethal weapon to induce illness on Americans who knew their secrets, and whom they disliked.

Thus, the invisible personnel induced the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan in 1994 to prevent invisibility technology from leaking in his memoir/biography, Induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1995 and murdered him with cardiac arrest inducing technique in 1998 because he strongly supported gun rights, murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing techniques in 2000 to damage George W Bush's Presidential campaign, murdered an expert witness Carlos Ghigliotti with heart attack inducing technique in 2000 (see details on Part 3II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website). This above record in history proves that involved agents and police only use invisibility technology to pursue unlawful life control on everyone in order to easily eliminate their targets for their own unlawful interests. Also, it appears that they used Bin Laden's terrorist group as a tool to create terror and chaos in order to advance their unlawful interests, life control weapon and power (see details on Part I-B1 of my website).

Third case, former FBI Counter Terrorism agent John O'Neil left FBI and was . killed in WTC on 9-11-2001. John O'Neil was a former FBI counter-terrorism agent and he didn't know invisibility technology. This

In 9/11 event, the invisible personnel have betrayed the US again. Because these invisible personnel have a network from local to federal and cooperate with foreign invisible personnel over decades. So, they must had prior knowledge on 911 terrorists' attack before it occurred.

Why didn't the invisible personnel stop it or notify our government's Agencies to arrest these terrorists from the local location where the terrorists lived? There are three possibilities.

(1). These invisible personnel dislike President Bush. So, they might intentionally let it occurred,or even let the terrorists' hijacking plane to hit White House. This is very possible because some invisible personnel had murdered Senator Paul Coverdell, used their collaborator to mail Bush speech's video to Al Gore and exposed Bush's' DUI to obstruct President Presidential campaign (see details on Part II-C3 of my website).

Also, after George Bush become the President of US, some invisible personnel even tried to induce death on him. Based on eight circumstantial evidences, Bush's fainting on 1-13-2002 was caused by failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website). Someone might deny my deduction because the terrorists took action on the date when the President Bush flew to Florida. No! this didn't deny my deduction because these terrorists had moved up the date of attack after Moussaoui, one of terrorists, had been arrested in Minnesota. If this is the case, it proves that US invisible personnel betrayed the US again and tried to use terrorists' attack to assassinate the President of the US for them.

(2). The involved local police chiefs and field agents (who use invisibility technology) might claim that they are unable to carry out their jobs to control terrorists/crimes with invisibility technology. If they are unable to control terrorists with invisibility technology, they must be fired. Because military nonlethal (psy) weapon have been transferred to them under the reason of anti-terrorists & anti-drugtrafficker. So, this claim only proves that they only use anti-terrorists & anti-drugtrafficker as an excuse to obtain these psy weapon then combine with invisibility technology to unlawfully

control Americans' lives (see details on Part IV-A3 of my website). So, anti-terrorists and anti-drugtrafficker become involved police's (& agents' rhetoric. Unlawful life control is their real goal. For example, invisible personnel have assassinated Florida Governor Lawton Chiles and Senator Paul Coverdell with illness/death inducing techniques (see details on Part II-C2, C3 of my website). Thus, these involved police chiefs and field agents must step down from their positions if terrorists of 9/11 had lived and taken pilot training in their control areas over two months. Because they are unable to enforce law to stop terrorists/criminals but only can commit murders and crimes with invisibility technology.

These invisible personnel must have intentionally ignored the terroris' activities in US although they knew that these terrorists plotted to hijack planes. Because they have a network from federal to local and secretly cooperated with foreign invisible personnel over several decades. As usual, the invisible personnel tried to use the terrorists crimes that create terror and chaos to advance their unlawful interests. In their records, the invisible personnel have betrayed the US many times to advance their unlawful interests (see details on Part III-A1, VIII-A and Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). So, the 9/11 tragedy must be another treason that invisible personnel intentionally committed.

On 9/11/01, the terrorists hijacked planes hit WTC and Pentagon. Pentagon lost hundreds lives but WTC lost almost three thousand lives. The reason of WTC lost thousands lives because most victims were killed by collapsed buildings (not died in fire). If WTC didn't collapse, most victims would not die. These firefighters heros were killed 343 in WTC because even these experts didn't expect the full tank of fuel in hijacked plane would melt the building's construction then caused the WTC to collapse. Thus, even if some involved police (who knew & used invisibility technology before) also died in WTC while rescuing people, it was an accident and cannot be used to deny my conclusion.

So, 9/11 tragedy proves that the involved police chiefs and field agents (who use invisibility technology) have betrayed the US and the public again. They must be prosecuted. Examining the invisible personnel's crimes in history, they have betrayed the US and the public. many times So, I am not surprise.

(3). These invisible personnel might intentionally use the tragedy to divert the public's attention from their assassinations/murders and mind control school shootings that I reported on Usenet (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4, D1, D2, D3, D4 of my website).

Some people might say that the above cases only can be solved by an expert who has very well knowledge on invisibility technology. How can they believe that my judgment is correct.

I would use recent DC sniper case as example. Before the two criminals being captured, I have openly deducted on internet that the DC sniper case need at least two persons, and used a mobile sniper method with political motive. Although their motives is still unknown, the mobile sniper method and at least two criminals become truth. During the same time, many so-called experts on TV said that this is a individual, a white guy and mentally ill person. Comparing with these so-called experts' deductions, Alan Yu's deduction is much close to the truth. So, my deduction is not exaggeration but based on facts. Because the invisible personnel's history record on last decade (from 1993-2002) proves that they had cruelty murdered Governor, Senator, expert witness. Also, in the 1997 Oregon, 1998 Mississippi and 1999 Colorado mind school shootings, these invisible personnel had caused many innocent people to dies (see details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). I do believe that if the Attorney General Ashcroft, Director of FBI and CIA can use time to discuss with me on invisible personnel's activities, many crimes which caused by invisible personnel can be easily reduced or stopped

If these invisible personnel try to further use Bin Laden as a tool to divert government real law enforcers' attention, they might have spied US military plan and notified Bin Laden through foreign invisible personnel in Pakistan. That's why Bin Laden could escape from every US (or UK) military secret attack. The anthrax letter was also most likely caused by invisible personnel. Why ? There are two main reasons: First, only they have means, motives and opportunities to steal anthrax spores and mail these letter out without seen by others. Their motives was to divert the public's attention from focusing their murders/assassinations, crimes to the anthrax threats. Second, after one year past, they didn't capture any suspect (see details on Part II-A12 of my website).

However, some invisible personnel are still be trusted by their unsuspected superior officers. Why? Because tiny invisible personnel can collect important intelligence information from anyone for the unsuspected superior officer if the information is not involved with their unlawful interests. However the invisible personnel will always hide a little bit, lie a little or cheat a little bit to some information if an information is important (or related with the interests) to i invisible personnel themselves. So, some terrorists' attacks intelligence information would not mention the accurate date or when it would occur. Thus, government could not effectively stop the attack. So, some tragedy would still happen although invisible personnel (involved agents and police) of surveillance station/system have prior knowledge on these crimes ( e.g. the 1993 NY bombing- see details on Part VIII-A of my website). Such kind of cases can cause public's fear then easily increase funding, power, manpower for involved agents & police of surveillance station/system. Thus, invisible personnel would intentionally ignored these criminals and let their crimes to occur in order to pursue their own interests.

It means that by using invisibility technology, mind control technology and illness/death inducing techniques, involved officers & police of surveillance station/system can unlawfully manipulate, control any unknowing person and important events that affect their agenda. Their goal is to protect/nurture their own unlawful interests and power.

Why must authority declassify invisibility technology?

Because invisibility technology neither relate with national security, nor relate with crimes control. This technology currently only be used to pursue unlawful life control on everyone by involved nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel (involved police, agents and recruited civilian operatives): Why?

(1). The invisible personnel didn't stop terrorists attacking US 6 times since 1993 WTC Bombing. These terrorists' 6 attacks include three attacks in continental US and three attacks on US embassies/military installations in foreign countries (see details on Part VIII-A of my web). Since 1993, invisibility technology and invisible personnel can never be used to prevent terrorists' attacks on US for 6 times it certainly does not relate with national security.
