The EPA is unconstitutional. Those states should sue the creators of the pollution for damages. That of course would be pretty silly because they have their own pollution emissions that damage other states. I don't see them turning their electric plants off.

You're an idiot.

The federal government is supposed to regulate interstate commerce.

Which states own electric plants?

I'm mixed about this one. As much as I like the States standing up to the Federal Government, and wish they would do it more often, in this case the states are doing so on the grounds that the Fed isn't doing enough.

'Sir, you are failing in your duty to abuse me.'

Weird.

No. You are.

That is the Commerce Department. The EPA is different.

Also, ,the EPA is regulating and demanding the dredging of the Upper Hudson. The Hudson is only in NYS.

There are some in California. Municipalities also own them. But I was refering to any electic plants - including private. Governments do sue private people you know. For example, the EPA and state counterparts do it all the time.

No pentagon. No military/industrial collusion. No standing army. No air force. No star wars. Just state militia that can be called up to serve for national defense for a period of no more than 2 years. Not that anyone pays more than lip service to the U.S. constitution any more. It exists as a historical document only. The patriot and homeland security acts are also highly unconstitutional but nobody is raising an alarm and without anyone to defend the constitition it isn't worth the paper it was written on.

Along with learning better English, you need to learn your facts.

To raise and run a military is constitutional. To intrude into state and local affairs is not. Lloyd Parker showed typical liberal ignorance of the Constitution by referring improperly to the 'interstate commerce' clause. You showed even worse ignorance here.

And the wacky states making true asses over themselves regarding 'global warming' and carbon dioxide regulation and a demand that the feds Do Something about it makes them an embarrassment as well as a disgrace to real Americans.

People on your side of the aisle are the ones that make it such a museum piece, one treated routinely with scorn and contempt. (And you're too chicken-shit to amend it the honest way, but prefer to misuse the courts to do it truly from Underneath instead.)
