Gepharth's push for giving amnesty to illegal aliens is a good gesture because these people will feel like they are part of the system.Most of them have a lot of talents that could be very beneficial to the society.Also if the people feel like they a part of the system that if anything good or bad happened it will affect all including them, their act and concepts about things will be different because they will not hesitate to come forth to voice their opinions
