Australia in grip of water crisis

They built big cities on what's essentially a desert continent - kind-of the way Americans are building-up Arizona and Nevada. There's NOT ENOUGH WATER to last for the long-term. They can't even pipe it in because it's either too far or somebody else already had dibs on the stuff.

If Australians immediately adopt a 2-child policy to stop population growth AND enact stringent conservation and re-use measures then Oz can survive. If not, well, I guess it all goes back to the original inhabitants.

They don't drink water anyway.
