I see the IWC has taken a logical stance to the crying of the far out, far left whackos as far as the Makah are concerned.

A big....fat....YAWN!

Understand people, the Makah will not launch a massive 800 foot processing ship, like the Russians use or throw big gill nets that trap and slaughter dolphins en masse...like the Japanese and some U.S. tuna fisherman are doing now. We don't intend to go hog wild through the oceans on a wipe out march of the Grey whale, like European and white Americans were doing during the 17 and 1800's. The IWC have seen the petty complaints of these crybabies for what they are... useless and meaningless soundbytes. The Makah, by their own choice, agreed to follow the words of the IWC and banned their whaling for 70 years, abiding by a law most foreigners broke. I bet the Makah do a better job in controling their whaling than the white man ever did.

You keep using the tem 'we' in reagrds to the Makah, and inviting us to the Makah rez, yet you have not answered the question of whether you are Makah. I have never seen you post as a Makah on alt.native. So, what is your nation? Who are you speaking for, or are you just spouting off for yourself and using 'we' to gain credability?
