Miami Seaquarium - Tank Size

Miami's Seaquarium may be in violation of the law. The law states that the tank housing a killer whale must have a horizontal length of 48'.

However, Miami Seaquarium uses a measurement that goes up and over a concrete barrier to include a small medical tank. This is absurd!

Please write the USDA to encourage them to enforce the law!
