New Moon Cetacean Meditation Thursday, January 2

Dear Friends,

This is a reminder of the New Moon Cetacean Meditation which begins at 6:00 PM your local time on Thursday, January 2, 2003.

During this global meditation let us join and 'dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land.'

Using the galactic calendar, we can focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time.

On this day of 2 Ik, 0 Chen, 11 Ik (January 2, 2003 ), the energy is 'Challenge' (2) and 'Spirit Talk' (Ik). Ik is called the White Wind which 'initiates spirit' and 'communication of inspiration.' White represents purification or discernment. The direction is North and the musical tone is 'D #'.

During our meditation we can focus on the energies of the color white, Challenge, Spirit Talk and this month of Chen. First, we can purify or discern our beliefs about talking with Spirit for the highest results. As we begin our inner conversation with Spirit, we can challenge ourselves by tuning out all mind chatter and getting in a very quiet state. Soothing music can be helpful. Practice calming the normal flow of thoughts by concentration or focus. There are many excellent exercises for this; a simple one, for example, is to choose an object we like (such as a flower or a crystal) and observe its shape, color, etc., for 5 minutes without letting any other thoughts intrude. The result is a great increase of receptivity and clarity while communicating with Spirit.

This galactic year of 11 Ik (now through July 25, 2003) is also about inner communication with Spirit which is most important to do regularly during the year. This will keep us centered and informed as events change dramatically around us. The energy of this new month of Chen assists us 'to discover the source of our inner wisdom'.

Along with our meditation, we can tune in with the Cetaceans, sending them Love energy and thanking them for their service.

To digest this information down into something you can process: I'm a medic. And a fairly highly trained one at that. I have been for about 7 years now. And considering that most EMS personnel in this area burn out before their 4 year recertification, that's saying something. No, I'm not at the 'top of the food chain'. I'm more like the sharp end of the stick. The 'blasting down a counrty road' reference indicates that I work in a rural area. The pool remark indicates that my station is blessedly equipped with a pool table. It's not regulation size, so we play nineball instead of the more traditional eight.

Transferrance. It's a fairly common phenomena in modern psychology. It's not uncommon for one to encounter it when one intrudes too far into an individual's psyche.

Most nutjobs who 'attempt' suicide do so with medication. This is usually just for show, mind you. Most folks who wholeheartedly intend upon offing themselves do the deed with a firearm. Those who simply want attention mostly use pills.Those pills tend to be whatever is at hand. With depressives, those 'pills' are usually antidepressants. For the true whackos, antipsychotics. So, as I assessed you to be a depressive, I figured that you'd be a consumer of the most common antidepressant, the SSRI. Or if you prefer: Selective Serotinon Reuptake Inhibitor.

Not from the truth, I take it. I say this because almost every person living in the modern world has been subscribed one medication or another.

To deny this completely denotes dishonesty.
