Pictorial Encyc of Whales

Japan's National Science Museum has a real neat picotrial cetacean encyclopedia. English page is provided here:

for its illustrated guide to whales, dolphins & porpoises. Besides the nice drawings of the animals and descriptions, they plot past strandings of the species on a map of Japan, which is interesting.

The page has a header listing the scientific names, English names, and Japanese names.
