the Ganges When I was last in India I’ve already noticed the changes, the worst changes were the ones that I’ve noticed in the Varanasi as the Ganges had many more Islands during the pre-monsoon season The skies were dark with pollution and the changes were very prominent. It is really clear that the pollution is hurting this beautiful city and sure enough it wasn’t the only place where changes were noticed. The weather is becoming much more extreme and the cold season is getting colder and the heat is getting much worse. Knowing that nothing is done to control pollution, to save the rivers and to be responsible it made me realize that things would probably become much worse in the foreseeable future. India and China are currently doing very little to stop global warning and if things continue they are going to pay an even higher price in the future.
