I will accept any punishment from God and laws if I lie about their crimes. Why must authority declassify invisibility technology? Because, currently, invisibility technology is neither used for National Security (investigate spies & anti-terrorism), nor used for crimes control (this will be explained later). The reality is that the involved police , agents mainly use invisibility technology to commit murders, crimes and mind controlling others to kill.

What is invisibility technology and invisible personnel? According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed successfully for use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and equipment, they will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air as zero gravity). Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology was later used in the field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan. The unlawful life control system's establishment is based on atheism & materialism. Why? I would use Taiwan's unlawful life control as example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Union), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. Why can they commit many murders & crimes without others' knowledge? Since invisibility technology is still a secret, the involved police can easily rule the deaths of invisible personnel's victims as the result of natural causes. Also, their victims' injuries & illnesses will be considered as occur accidentally. How can their victims'death be mistakenly believed to have died of natural causes, or injured accidentally? It happened because the invisible personnel's crimes always leave no evidence of an intruder, a struggle and no signs of external injury on victims' bodies. Based on similar concept, those persons (who are associated with invisible personnel) can accuse the unaware mind control targets (who heard microwave voices) as mentally ill. Because no one could see that the tiny invisible personnel land onto their victims' head and used mind control device on their victims.

To cover up the invisible personnel's murders, the involved police will always use above three reasons to rule that their victims died of natural causes.

The above three reasons are reasonable if there were no invisible personnel involved. However, in these cases of crimes committed by invisible personnel, these three 'reasons' becomes a cover up for their murders & crimes. Why? I would explain it in details.

First, tiny invisible personnel can enter a target's home/office, vehicle. etc. from pipe of wires of electric meter, or a small hole. So, even invisible personnel enter a target's home/mansion, office, vehicle, etc. it will be always no evidence of an intruder. So, no evidence of an intruder can only be used to determine normal human's crimes but not tiny invisible personnel's crimes.

Second, the psychotronic (aka nonlethal) weapons (e.g radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, etc.) which can be used to induce illness/death without leaving external signs of injury on a victim's body. So, the external signs of injury only can be used to determine a crime which is committed with conventional weapon (e.g. guns, knife) and cannot be used to determine a murder which is committed with psychotronic (e.g. infrasound) weapons (see details on Part IV-A3 of my website).

Third, The evidence of a struggle are result from when victim physically resist against a criminal whom the victim can see. However, when the murder is committed by tiny invisible personnel, the victim will not resist because unknowing victim even didn't know where the invisible personnel are. Also, the invisible personnel are tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field.

How could the victim physical confrontation with the tiny invisible personnel!

Thus, it will never leave evidence of a struggle when murderers are invisible personnel. So, the evidence of a struggle only can be used to determine a murder which is committed by a regular human and cannot be used to determine a murder which is committed by tiny invisible personnel.

The above facts prove that the three reasons which are used to determine regular human's crime become a cover up for invisible personnel's crimes. Second, US invisible personnel never could capture any spy in past several decades, never capture any terrorist for US. Here are five incidents prove that involved police and agents didn't use invisibility technology to investigate spies and terrorists.

According to Russian sources, however,the 'spy who got away' traveled repeatedly to the United States after his defection without the CIA or FBI's knowledge.'

Currently, the involved nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel (involved police, agents and recruited civilian operatives) mainly use invisibility technology to unlawfully control everyone's lives, commit murders. mind controlling others to kill, induce illness and other crimes. How did all this happen? After using invisibility technology for decades, some law enforcement officers who personally use invisibility technology have become corrupted. Thus, we shall classify law enforcement officers into two categories: Real and Corrupted officers.

The real law enforcement officers are those officers (e.g., US Attorney General Ashcroft, current Director of CIA, FBI, local Attorney General, some federal agents and police, etc.) who do not use invisibility technology and uphold the law. Then, there are the invisible personnel who are members of law enforcement (involved police and government agents) but use their offices for their own gain. Although 'Federal officials have acknowledged in the past that they dropped Mr. Salem as an informer sometime before the trade center bombing.., they said he never provided detailed information of the attack in advance.' But the NY Time reported that Salem's tape suggest involved FBI agent disregard his information to the WTC Bombing. Also, a secret informer could be killed by the terrorists anytime, if his handler intentionally leak the informer's identity to the terrorists. So, if a secret informer didn't cooperate and provide details information to law enforcement officer, it is unbelievable. After several decades operation, they gradually become an underground, international invisible personnel group to pursue invisible personnel's own unlawful interests and power against their governments/employers.

There is an article written by Col. John Alexander that also proves that invisibility technology must have been used by these nonlethal weapons users to secretly deliver 'microwave voice' and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapon on American people without being seen by victims.

In the notorious 1980 article 'The New Mental Battlefield' in Military Review, John Alexander stated that 'The ability to ..cause disease can be transmitted over distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause.' 'The use of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source.' Alexander didn't explain that why 'The psychotronic weapon .. require only a human operator as power source.' So, to avoid the public confusing on it , I will explain it in details with two main points.

First, it is related with invisibility technology: Based on John Alexander's own words, it proves that when using these weapons, they require human operators to be physically present (in scene) to power the weapon and equipment as power source. Thus, when the victims hear 'microwave voices', or are attacked by so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g. microwave, radio-frequency weapon), there must be some human operators at same place (scene) as their victims to power their microwave voice device and weapons. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being 'zapped by radio waves' or heard 'voices' never saw anybody use microwave voice device, or weapons against them where they were victimized.

When the invisible personnel's interests is against their country's interest and law, the country's interests and law will be disregarded. As a group, the ultimate goal of invisible personnel is to be able to secretly control every country of the world. When this is accomplished, the 'criminal life control group/gang' will have the power to allow or stop anyone from gaining major political power in any country. The involved agents and police can secretly use mind control tactics to influence the media and the public, so someone who does not have their endorsement, even if he is famous and popular, has a lesser chance of being elected to public office.

For example, in the 2000 Presidential election, US invisible personnel would like to see AL Gore to win the election. Why? Because Bill Clinton had no knowledge on involved agents and police's (invisible personnel's) corruption and crimes. Thus, these invisible personnel had secretly allowed many terrorists' attacks to happen in order to create terrors and chaos then advance their unlawful interests and power. (e.g. 1993 WTC Bombing, 1995 OKC Bombing - see details on Part VIII-A, B, C of my website). After 1993 WTC Bombing, unaware Clinton agreed to transferred military psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapon to involved agents and police for the reasons of anti-terrorists and drugtraffickers. Also, beside increasing police's equipment, unaware Clinton gave more funding to involved agents and police. So, involved agents and police (invisible personnel) very liked Bill Clinton because they could expand their manpower and obtained more lethal weapons. But, they didn't use the psychotronic weapons against terrorists and drugtraffickers. Furthermore, involved local police & agents (invisible personnel) abused these psychotronic weapons to seriously control everyone's life anywhere (from one's home/office, vehicle, etc. to public building). They had betrayed the public officials and induced illness on former President Reagan in 1994, induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1995 and murdered him with radio-frequency weapon in 1998 (see Part II-C1, C2 of my website). Also, to promote gun control, invisible personnel (local involved police & recruited operatives) had betrayed the public and used mind control device to drive some violent students to commit murders (1997 Mississippi , 1998 Oregon, 1999 Colorado school shootings -see Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website).

Beside adding more gun control laws, unaware Clinton didn't know that the above incidents must had been caused by local involved police, agents (invisible personnel) and their recruited invisible operatives. Thus, invisible personnel became more corrupted and number murdered by them increased drastically during the Clinton's Administration. So, when the 2000 Presidential election started, invisible personnel wanted Al Gore to win. Why? They believed that Al Gore would continue Clinton's policy on gun control, increasing police manpower, and transferring advanced military psychotronic weapons to them. This policy would help advance the invisible personnel's secret goal of unlawful life control. Thus, invisible personnel tried to damage George Bush's Presidential campaign in 2000. After the Presidential election concluded, we find that the invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance station/system have done three things to damage Bush's Presidential campaign. First, they murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique in Atlanta. Senator Coverdell had been busy preparing for the Republican National Convention, which begins in Philadelphia in two weeks. The senator Coverdell 'had reported no serious health problems in the past. Staff described his sudden illness as a shock.' Obviously, Senator Paul Coverdell's cerebral hemorrhage must be caused by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-C3 of my website). So, the induced hemorrhage resulted in uncontrollable swelling in the brain, causing pressure on vital areas regulating consciousness, breathing, pulse and blood pressure. Senator Coverdell died on 7/18/2000 and it was weeks before the Republic National Convention to start.

Second, during Election 2000, the video-tape of George W Bush debate preparation was sent to Al Gore's Presidential campaign. A secret mole (she could be an invisible operatives who hid in Republic Party) mailed the videotape of Bush's debate preparation to Gore campaign HQ. She could be an invisible personnel's operative because smuggling this video is an obstruction of federal election. This is a serious crime and one would only commit crime for one's own benefit. Unless this mole was an operative of invisible personnel, she could not directly benefit from this crime.

Third, Bush DUI record was exposed just 4 days before the election. Obviously, the invisible personnel (involved police & operatives) would leak the date of the DUI record to a lawyer. Then, the lawyer made a copy of DUI record and arranged a female police to tell a news reporter. So, the news reporter mistakenly believed that she 'accidentally' found out about it. After seeing the proof, the she reported the story. Since invisible personnel can secretly collect accurate information and a female police has intentionally used a TV reporter to break this story, it appears that invisible personnel (involved police & agents) intentionally wanted to prevent Mr. George W Bush from winning the Presidential election (see

details on Part II-A8 of my website).

After examining these incidents, it is obvious that these invisible personnel had interfered with George W Bush's 2000 Presidential campaign at several crucial time. Thus, it has caused me to conclude that the invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance station/system had intentionally damaged George W Bush Presidential campaign in Election 2000. Their actions had prevented President George W Bush from winning the popular votes and almost prevented him from winning the election. This incident proves that invisible personnel will secretly manipulate an important election to advance their unlawful interests.
